Plant Systems, based at Kelly’s Business Park, Balrothery, Co Dublin, confirmed this week that it is the official Irish importer for the Austrian range of Lindner tractors.
The company has been testing the tractors for a number of weeks and will offer models from its Geo Trac tractor and Unitrac farm truck range for 2015 delivery.
These new high-quality tractors have unique features designed for hillside farming. They are powered by Perkins engines matched to ZF gearboxes.

Plant Systems is run by Tommy, Darren and Shane Plant, who formerly worked at Derek Plant Farm Machinery. The new company was formed in 2010.
Plant Systems also holds the agency for Ag Leader precision farming technology and Scanstone soil preparation equipment.
The Lindner tractor company is a family-based business that has been making tractors in Austria since 1948. Last year, it produced just 1,500 tractors and Unitracs, 41% of which were exported. The company aims to have a turnover of €80m in the current financial year.
