The 69-year-old man believed to be from the Killinkere area was fatally injured while working on the roof of a shed at a farm in the Cormaddyduff area in Virginia when he fell.The Industrial accident occurred sometime around 1.15pm this afternoon.

The HSA have been notified and two separate investigations are under way by them and the Gardaí.
