Gardaí seize three-wheeled tractor in Tipperary
A New Holland was missing one entire wheel from its set of four when the driver was stopped.

An Garda Síochána seized a tractor which was being driven on three wheels in Co Tipperary this week.The traffic corps tweeted a picture of the New Holland vehicle, which was – quite incredibly – being driven on just three wheels.
