The Irish Farmers Journal team pictured at the launch of the Farmoji app at the Irish Farm Centre
From farm animals to machinery, Farmoji contains over 100 detailed agri-themed stickers that convey everything farmers love about agriculture.
Farmojis range from humorous images to practical farming tools, images of farmers at work and word bubbles with a number of well-known farming phrases from ‘Hit the Diff’, ‘Rippin’ and Tearin’ like an Auld Shirt’ and ‘It’s too Cold to Snow’. It is the first farming app of its kind in Ireland, and with a huge population of tech-savvy farmers, we expect Farmoji to become part of conversations across the country.
Farmojis can be shared across all social media channels, including on iMessage, WhatsApp, Facebook and Twitter.
Farmoji includes its own keyboard, and images can be shared using this or via the app on Android. The Farmoji app is free to download and many of the stickers are free to use, but some can be accessed by an in-app purchase costing €1.99.
