The Dealer was recently on a long-haul Aer Lingus flight out of Dublin and was delighted to receive a complementary snack of an aromatic chicken and bell pepper lattice pastry. However, I nearly choked on it when I discovered the snack was produced in the UK using chicken from Brazil no less. It seems Aer Lingus are happy to back the Irish rugby team but less brave when it comes to backing Irish farmers.
