Matt Ryan and his wife Pat are surrounded by family and friends as Matt is presented with the Irish Grassland Association Lifetime Merit Award 2018 by IGA president Jans Jensma and IGA vice president Ciaran Lynch. The award was initiated in 2009 by the IGA to recognise the contribution of someone to the grassland industry. Many family and friends attended the awards dinner and spoke of Matt’s outstanding contribution to the growth of the grassland industry in Ireland.
