In his cookery demonstration at the Women & Agriculture conference, supported by FBD Insurance, chef Adrian Martin showcased the very best of Irish dairy produce.
He was joined on stage by chief executive of the National Dairy Council (NDC), Zoe Kavanagh and they discussed the benefits of including dairy in the diet.

Speaking after the demonstration, chef Adrian said: “The best possible meal you can produce is a meal that’s farm to fork.”
He also spoke about the importance of getting young people interested in cooking and how he has recently has started helping out milking with his girlfriend’s family in Sligo.
