A man is his 60s is understood to have been killed in a farm accident in Glinsk, Co Galway, this Tuesday 26 February.
The farmer was attacked by a bull.
Gardaí confirmed they are "investigating a sudden death which occurred at a farm in Glinsk, Castlerea, Co Galway, shortly after 12pm on 26 February 2019. A man in his 60s was injured by an animal and subsequently passed away."
