In general, you’d say over the last number of years there’s been a lot of volatility, so you’d be inclined to think they can’t be that flat,” he said.

He also said that Ornua does not see huge changes in commodity prices from where they are now, but that it will come back to where supply is.
“The more product there is, ultimately the lower prices may tend to go. It could have an impact on milk price,” he said.
