Crops and Spreaders 2019 will take place in Teagasc Oak Park, Co Carlow, next Wednesday 26 June. A key focus of this year’s event is on the even and accurate spreading of fertiliser. The Irish Farmers Journal has partnered with Teagasc to run the demonstration area which will feature live demonstrations and discussions on achieving good-quality fertiliser spreading.

Visitors will also be able to explore the crop research undertaken by Teagasc throughout the open day.
