Farmers have been urged to keep in touch with elderly neighbours and those farming on their own by IFA president Tim Cullinan.
Cullinan said while older farmers and those with underlying medical conditions might be concerned about receiving visitors, farmers could keep in touch with their neighbours by phone.

Cullinan said the farming community needed to support each other and ensure those most at risk were supported, while following the Government guidelines
