Arrabawn Co-op has held its price for May milk supplies.

The board of Arrabawn met on Wednesday, holding the price at 27.51c/l, excluding VAT.

It is the latest processor to set a price for May supplies.

Other prices

This week, Dairygold increased its May milk price by 0.5c/l, the first co-op to increase its milk price for May. Suppliers will receive 27.7c/l excluding VAT.

Kerry Group held its milk price for May supplies at 27.98c/l, excluding VAT, and Carbery has also held its milk price for May, at 29.7c/l, excluding VAT.

Last week, Lakeland held its milk price for May supplies in the Republic of Ireland at 27.51c/l, excluding VAT.

Glanbia also held its milk price for May supplies at 27.1c/l excluding VAT at 3.6% butterfat and 3.3% protein.
