About you

You pay great attention to detail and have excellent project management skills, with solid commercial awareness.

You have a keen understanding of leading-edge training methods and the professional services sector.

You have a coaching qualification and possibly have experience in a professional services environment, an interest in psychology or a working knowledge of psychometric tools.

As well as the above, you have a passion for helping people, with a high level of ambition.

To qualify for the position, you must be a driven leader, with the ability to motivate people to action.

"The character we are looking for is someone who can really empathise and relate to people - someone who can communicate and is a really good listener. They will be liaising with a lot of people, so will need to be very strong in their interpersonal skills," Una said.
