The property is at Blakestown, some 2km from Ardee town. It’s for sale with Sherry FitzGerald Carroll by private treaty. As reported on farmersjournal.ie, receivers have been appointed to Blakestown Farms Ltd, of which Patrick Oliver McCabe is a director.

The land lies in one well-shaped block and has excellent frontage on to three public roads. The main entrance is on the N2 Dublin to Derry road, on which it has close to 1km of frontage. The farm also has 650m frontage on the Kingscourt road and 175m frontage on a local road.
