Last week, I wrote about the wonderful hospitality in the Cashel Palace Hotel, where we were recording our Christmas specials. This week, we took two additional days to finish the job. I was fortunate to have a non-food highlight for the programme, which I think people will enjoy. I spent a wonderful few hours in the company of Aidan O’Brien at Ballydoyle Stables, which is located not too far away from Cashel.
