The red, orange and yellow weather warnings were withdrawn overnight, as Storm Desmond passed over the country, with only status yellow marine warnings now in place. Many farmers across the country are stepping back this Sunday morning to assess the damage caused by flooding on their farms. The greatest damage was caused to farms in the northwest, west and southwest of the country, including Cork, Tipperary, Kerry, Mayo and Donegal.
