Would you like to take part in a unique project celebrating Cloughjordan’s living heritage at the Thomas MacDonagh Museum during Heritage Week?
The museum is hoping to create an online and in-person exhibition that illustrates Cloughjordan’s living heritage and how old skills, customs, places and objects have inspired unexpected throughlines from the past to the present day.
To be a part of this event, identify an object, custom, practice or place with a living connection to Cloughjordan and bring it to the museum between 4pm and 7pm on Tuesday 15 and Wednesday 16 August. There you will have a chance to record why this object is meaningful to you and have it photographed to create a catalogue entry for inclusion in an exhibition in October.
