Mulling over the Department’s 2020 annual report for some light bedtime reading, I noticed an unprecedented quintupling in the number of customer service complaints received by the Department’s quality service unit.

The report made sure, however, to note that 51 of the 60 additional complaints received over 2019’s number were made by a single individual.

It would appear that the farmer who complained with such diligence throughout the year managed to schedule him or herself a week off for Christmas – or silage.
