IFA deputy president Richard Kennedy has said that the association will hold the Minister for Agriculture Michael Creed to account if the payment deadlines set down in the Charter of Rights are not achieved this year.
So when are your payments due?
Some 124,000 farmers are due €1.2bn in Basic Payment Scheme monies this year.
An advance on these monies is due on 16 October, with the remainder due on 1 December.
Farmers who receive the ANC payment, worth approximately €205m, can expect payments to commence from 18 September.
Some 95,000 farmers benefit from the payment.
The 20,000 farmers enrolled in the Knowledge Transfer programme can expect payments, worth €20m, to roll from the end of October.
Meanwhile, the 50,000 farmers under the Green Low-carbon Agri-Environment Scheme (GLAS) can expect their payments to roll from the end of October/early November.
Payments in the scheme are worth €220m to farmers.
Under the Sheep Welfare Scheme, in which 20,000 farmers are enrolled in, payments are expected from November/December.
Payments in this scheme are worth €20m.
Farmers enrolled in the Beef Data and Genomics Programme (BDGP) should also expect payments to start from November/December.
Some €42m is due to farmers in the scheme.
Under the Organic Farming Scheme, payments worth €10m are to commence to farmers in October/November.
Some 1,700 farmers are enrolled in the scheme.
For farmers who applied to the 2017 National Reserve, payments are to roll on 1 December.
Payments in the scheme are worth €5m to 1,300 farmers.
