A pair of Co Limerick farms have attracted steady interest since coming to the market, with auctioneer Pat Dooley of REA Dooley reporting bidding is under way on both properties.

The larger of the two is a circa 47 acre non-residential roadside holding on the outskirts of Bruff. All in grass, the land is good quality and has its own natural water supply, with the Morning Star River forming part of the boundary. It is well fenced and is in six divisions.

Advertised as a single holding, there is the opportunity to divide it into smaller lots. The overall guide price is €500,000.

The circa 23 acres is located 3km from the N69 and Clarina village.

Also on offer is a circa 23 acre roadside holding at Carrig west, Clarina. The good-quality lands were previously drained and reseeded and it is available for sale in its entirety of 23 acres or in two lots.

Lot 1 is a circa 5 acre field while lot 2 comprises 18 acres. Guided in the region of €10,000/acre, this land is located in a cul-de-sac approximately 3km from the N69 and Clarina village.
