The largest is 81.07ac with a derelict farmhouse and yard, near Gorey. This farm is at Ballykility Lower, Inch. It is close to the R772, 2km from Coolgreaney, 6km from Arklow and 12km from Gorey.

The property is accessed from the public road by a laneway leading to the centre of the land. The derelict house and yard are situated in the middle of the holding, surrounded by mature woodland.

According to the auctioneers the land has not been actively farmed for some years and with some improvement would make an excellent grassland farm, with the added option of renovating or rebuilding the house.

This farm will go for online auction Wednesday 20 July 2022 at 12 noon and the guide price is €6,000/ac.

The next biggest of the farms is c24.8ac near Camolin. The land is at Clologue Upper and lies on the L5092, just off the R772 at Camolin and near the N11 Gorey to Enniscorthy road. It is 1.5km from Camolin, 7km from Ferns, 13km from Gorey and 17km from Enniscorthy. The M11 is 6km away. The land is currently in grass and tillage and described as excellent quality. There may also be deposits of sand and shale under some of the land. There is a stone-built farmhouse on the land, in need of renovation.

This holding goes for auction on Wednesday 20 July 2022 at 3pm in lots. Lot 1 will be the farmhouse and yard on c1ac with a guide price of €50,000 to €60,000. Lot 2 will be c10.5ac wit ha guide price of €15,000/ac. Lot 3 will be c13.3ac in grass and tillage with a guide price of €15,000/ac. Lot 4 will be the entire.

The final holding is c19ac at Ballyrea, Wells, Gorey. According to Quinn Property, this land has development potential. The location is 1km off the R741 Gorey to Wexford road at Ballyedmond. It is 3km from Monamolin, 5km from Kilmuckridge, 16km from Gorey and 25km from Wexford.

The land has frontage onto the Ballyedmond to Ballygarrett road, it is laid out in two divisions, both currently in grass. It will go for auction on Tuesday 19 July at 3pm. The guide price is €12,000/ac.
