Weidemann has updated its Hoftrac line up with the relaunch of the 1390 to replace its current 1380 model.

Features of the New Weidemann Hoftrac 1390 include the option of three Stage V Yanmar engines – 25hp, 45hp and 54.5hp. The two larger engines meet Stage V standards using DPF and DOC.

The straight tipping load ranges between 1,610kg and 2,100kg depending on the engine configuration. The larger engine options also now offer the option of more capable hydraulics and improved travel speeds up to 30km/h. Hydraulic capacities have been increased, with options ranging from 41.6l/min to the high-flow 84l/min option now available.

Transmission

The new ecDrive (Electronic Controlled Drive) transmission is said to expand the applications and options of the 1390. It allows for four different drive models to be selected from including Auto mode, Eco mode, and two other modes designed for hydraulic attachments named Attachment mode and M-drive mode.

Models are also fitted with a new electric handbrake with an auto hold feature.

The new 1390 model benefits from improved airflow and improved rear visibility, with the firm’s modern livery similar to the new T4512 telehandler model. Cab controls are also said to have been updated, with improved rear visibility from the operator’s seat.

LED work lights are fitted as standard.
