After a topsy-turvy few weeks, there appeared to be a settling in the trade at Bandon Mart on Monday.
Last week’s lack of Friesians was made up for today, with a larger entry of these bullocks – most sold from €1.65/kg to €1.82/kg.
This week’s sale had an even split between spring 2015 born stores and older finished bullocks similar to last week. Hereford and Angus crosses made from €350 to €650, while continental bullocks made from €450 to €900 with the €/kg.
