Today I’m wearing Topshop, which is a favourite of mine for work pieces, along with New Look. I love the colour, and it is casual yet dressy.
It’s easy to wear as it is not too light or too heavy, making it perfect for unpredictable Irish summers. I like to wear smart but comfy work clothes.
I try to keep in mind the length and versatility when I am shopping for work, and I avoid anything fitted, as I have a curvy shape.
I always ensure my work wear will take me from day to night as well. That way, I can just make sure my hair looks good – and popping a pair of heels in the handbag always helps.
For work my hair is always styled, as I think it is important to look the part. I normally wear it down, though some days I opt for a cheeky plait.
I get a lot of compliments on my hair, as it is quite thick and bouncy. I love Kerastase hair products, which make it look healthy and shiny. I swear by Kerastase Elixir Oil, I use it before and after blow drying as my hair needs moisture.
For makeup, I wear Mac, as it gives great coverage and stays on all day without a top-up. I like lipstick for a pop of colour.

My outfit is from Warehouse. I like it because it’s comfortable, professional and I love the bold colours. I love the high street – especially Topshop and Warehouse – but I also love to shop online at ASOS and Boohoo because they offer a more varied choice.
I am the first person that clients meet when they come to the salon, so it is important for me to look professional whilst keeping my own style.
I am obsessed with jewellery. I’m like a magpie! I have pieces of jewellery that I’ve had for years. I love a good statement necklace and also love a scarf, as it brightens up any outfit.
For makeup, I always wear Estee-Lauder Double Wear, as it gives great coverage and lasts the whole working day. I love a good nail polish, especially Chanel for durability. Russian Navy is one of my favourite colours and I like a deep red. I always wear Isadora eyeliner, Rimmel mascara and Burt’s Bee’s lip balm.
For my hair, I love to go poker straight with a blunt fringe or else keep my natural curls for a change. As I have coloured hair, I cannot live without my Kérastase Reflection Bain Chroma Captive shampoo to retain the colour and shine. Once a week I use the 10-minute treatment Kérastase Masquintense.
