The Blaney Group has just completed phase one of a new purpose-built manufacturing facility. The new build is located 100m down the road from the firm’s existing manufacturing premises. The new building at Ahoghill, Co Antrim, is set to offer the company a sizeable boost in production capacity.

The new facility houses Blaney’s precision engineering company, Blaney Gears. It also gives significant space for assembly of the Blaney Agri tractor machinery and Quad-X ATV equipment. The new site allows for extra yard space and some warehousing and spare parts storage.

Blaney says the new facility has allowed for the enhancement of the firm’s existing manufacturing plant to focus on metal fabrication, giving greater capacity for welding, laser cutting, folding, bending and CNC machining.
