Saturday's clearance auction was hosted by Michael Doyle Auctions on behalf of David Connolly, an agricultural contractor.
A large crowd of machinery enthusiasts came from all over the country to attend the auction and there was significant interest in many of the lots. A total of 45 lots were up for grabs.
All lots are subject to 23% VAT plus 5% commission on all selling prices up to €10,000 and 3% over €10,000. Commission prices are also exclusive of VAT.

This John Deere self-propelled forager (7400) was manufactured in 2006. With 3,910 engine hours and 2,795 drum hours on the odometer, it was sold for €39,000.
The second John Deere self-propelled forager up for grabs was a 6710, manufactured in 1997. This machine has 3,800 engine hours and 2,760 drum hours on the clock was unsold at €14,000.
This 2009 16t (20ft) Kane Halfpipe grain/silage trailer in good condition was sold for €11,700.
