St Fintan's GAA club, based in Co Wexford, is giving people across the country the opportunity to enter a raffle of a lifetime to win a fully restored 1968 Ford 3000.
The tractor was kindly donated to the club by lifetime supporter Walter Rossiter and had been used to mow the pitches in the club up until 12 years ago.
After the tractor retired from mowing, it was stored in a hay shed until the idea of the competition came about.
Luckily for St Fintan's GAA, another supporter, John Rowe, was able to share his vintage restoration experience, which helped bring the Ford back to its glory days.
The unique raffle is taking place on 10 December 2021 and all funds raised will go towards a new development project, which will facilitate indoor training for the growing number of club members.
Tickets for the draw are €5 for one ticket or €20 for five tickets and you can purchase them here.
