Senior dairy unit manager – Saudi Arabia

Almarai is recruiting for a range of positions on its dairy farms. At present, the operation has 105,000 cows and 80,000 young stock located on six modern dairy farms with a 14,000 rolling herd average.

Total milk production on the Almarai farms is 1.47bn litres per year.

Arable farm senior unit manager

Almarai is also seeking a senior unit manager for its arable farms.

Some 600,000t of animal forage is produced on Almarai arable farms in Saudi Arabia.

A total of 30,000ha are farmed using centre pivot irrigation to produce a number of different crops including alfalfa hay, maize silage and maize grain.

Innovative and efficient practices are employed to produce high-quality forage and grain to meet the demands of the dairy and poultry farming.

Dairy farm assistant

A dairy farm assistant is required on a 165-cow farm in the Enniscorthy area of Co Wexford.

The successful candidate will assist the farm manager with the herd, which is grass-based.
