A compact residential small holding consisting of a house on 9.5ac at Clashoquirke, Bansha, Co Tipperary went under the hammer on Valentine’s Day. The sale was handled by Tipperary town auctioneer, Noel Corcoran.
“There was huge interest in this property, I had 75 enquiries and when it came to the auction, there was a fine crowd and five active bidders,” says Noel.
The auction took place at Ballykisteen Golf Hotel, Limerick Junction, Co Tipperary.
Built in the mid-1950s, this spacious two-story residence in need of renovation opened at €280,000 before ultimately selling for €360,000, placing it firmly within its presale guide.
This property in the shadows of the Galtee Mountains was purchased by a solicitor in trust.
