Stuart McKeever, who farms in Ardee, Co Louth, told the Irish Farmers Journal that a one-year-old Limousin cross bullock worth up to €1,000 has been missing from his farm.

While Stuart said the animal initially broke out of a field, he has now reported it stolen to gardaí as it is still hasn't reappeared.

The farmer has offered a reward for the return of the bullock.
