Raymond Potterton concludes a run of November auctions with a superb non-residential farm on offer at Clooney, Castletown, Co Meath.

The auction will take place on Tuesday 29 November at 3pm in Raymond Potterton’s office premises at 38 Watergate St, Navan, Co Meath, and online. Pre-registration for online bidding is required and must be complete by 22 November.

With extensive road frontage, the property is available in two lots, situated either side of the N52. Roughly 5km from Carlanstown and 8km from Kells, Lot 1 comprises circa 12 acres which is presently in pasture while across the road, Lot 2, circa 23 acres, is primarily used for tillage. The lands have excellent drainage and water supply is from a deep stream nearby. This Royal County farm is guided in the region of €450,000 and wraps up a series of five public auctions over the space of a week in the county.

Coming up next week, the Meath auctioneer has four separate auctions taking place. On 22 November, there’s 56 acres at Bellewstown, Trim. On 23 November, there are two auctions, a cottage on 1.5 acres at Clonmellon and 27.5 acres at Moygrehan, Athboy. The final auction takes place on Thursday 24 and comprises 17 acres at Pierce town, Kells.
