Store staff will bring the goods to the car/trailer or a dedicated point in the store yard, but farmers must call ahead to place their order.

In a bid to reduce the risk of spreading the coronavirus among the farm community, Glanbia has announced a call and collect service.
Farmers will still be able to access products but must call their branch in advance with their order. An order pickup time will be given to the farmer and when they arrive a member of the Glanbia team will deliver their order to their car.
The service will be in place from Monday 23 March and will be in operation until further notice.

The news comes in addition to a number of hygiene restrictions and guidelines that are currently in place within many dairy processors and feed mills in regard to milk collections and feed deliveries.
Farm community
Glanbia Ireland’s chief agribusiness growth officer, Sean Molloy, said the measure had been taken to safeguard staff and ensure that vital services remained available to the farm community.
Farmers have been asked to use the following format to order goods:
Orders can be placed through business managers over the phone and customer services centre (CSC) service via 1890-321 321.
Products are also available online via www.glanbiaconnect.com
If you need assistance in setting up a Glanbia Connect account to facilitate online ordering, please call 1890-100 017.
The system will then operate along these lines:
Please phone your branch in advance.
Payment will be taken on account or by credit card processed over the phone.
Customers will be given an allotted time slot for their collection.
Store staff will bring the goods to the car/trailer or a dedicated point in the store yard.
Customers should roll down their window to confirm identity and order number.
Customers should remain in their vehicle until staff have left the pickup point area.
In addition to the call and collect service, Glanbia is also closing 14 of its garden centres.
