Husband and wife, Wade and Elaine Murphy strive to maintain the old world charm and character of the rustic cottage setting, while offering modern Irish cooking. Seasonal local produce is the foundation of Chef Wade’s food philosophy, so menus change on a monthly basis. Wade has worked in some of the top kitchens in London, Chicago, Egypt and Ireland. A Wexford man, he and his wife, Elaine, decided to take the leap of faith in 2013.
