Auto-loading wrapper from Tanco is new at Ploughing 2017

The latest developments from Tanco will be displayed on the company’s stand at this year’s National Ploughing Championships in Tullamore, as well as demonstrated at then newly established demonstration area.

New for this year is the 1400-V high-speed wrapper which is the latest version of Tanco’s 1400 high-output trailed round bale wrapper. The 1400-V is designed and built on the reliability, ease of operation and high output experienced by operators of the 1400-EH. The patented split table of the 1400-EH, which was designed to allow simultaneous wrapped bale unloading and next bale reloading, is retained and enhanced on the 1400-V with the addition of auto-loading.

The 1400-V shares innovative features such as Tanco’s ultra reliable telescopic cut and starts, direct gear drive to the satellite arms and a variable proportional hydraulic system with the S-series linkage/loader wrappers.

Tanco will also have the S-100 single, S-200 twin and S-300 triple plastic dispenser machines on display at its stand. These innovative features, combined with the proven design of the 1400 low centre of gravity chassis which positions the bale in front of the axle for maximum stability, will ensure that the 1400-V will continue to deliver on the high output associated with the Tanco 1400 bale wrapper. The Tanco 1400-V and S-200 twin plastic dispenser wrappers will be in use at the demonstration area.

Also at the Tanco stand at the 2017 Ploughing will be the new design of the I-75 Multi Shear, which features an integrated hydraulic block and blade design.
