Around 507 lots were on offer at Hennessy Auctioneers' monthly machinery auction held in old Portlaoise Mart, Co Laois, last weekend.
Auctioneer John Hennessy told the Irish Farmers Journal: "There was a smaller entry than usual at Saturday's auction, but the quality of equipment on offer was good."
Trade was strong for clean machinery at the auction, with a clearance rate of over 80% and a number of larger lots still under negotiation.
All prices were subject to 5% commission. No VAT applies to items unless stated otherwise.
