Paul and Kian took part in the Next Gen Herefords initiative of rearing and selling a weanling with the proceeds going to charity. They raised €3,220 for a local Alzheimer’s unit.

You can’t farm much further west than Louisburgh where Davy O’Toole keeps his Irish Draughts, including the All-Ireland two-year-old Irish Draught filly champion at Limerick, Lady Willow Breeze.
