The Connemara Pony Breeders Society may consider changes to their inspection process. The Council of the CPBS had their final council meeting of 2016 recently, where the main topic on the agenda was a review of the inspection process. All council members present had the opportunity to give their views and recommendations to the meeting. The inspection committee will present recommendations for a change to the inspection process at the first council meeting, which is scheduled for Wednesday, 4 January. It is intended to host seminars in all four provinces in January/February to meet with breeders and owners and address inspections and the hoof wall separation syndrome issue.
