Reports indicate that the issue varies across NI, with some areas facing less problems than others.
The limitations on supply generally applies to 100m rolls of 80mm pipe, commonly used by farmers for draining projects.

With manufacturing capacity reduced as a result of coronavirus work place restrictions, and a spike in demand, some merchants are running low on stocks.
Reports also indicate that orders to re-stock rolls of 80mm pipe are taking longer to reach merchant yards than normal.
