CNH Industrial, the parent company for the New Holland, Case IH and Steyr brands recorded a net income of $89 million for the fourth and final quarter of 2025, compared with $176 million for the same period in 2024. Consolidated revenue for the fourth quarter was $5.16 billion, up 6% on the period in 2024.
Taking a broader look, revenues for the full year of 2025 reached $18.1 billion, down 9% year on year. Net profit for the full year of 2025 was $505 million, drastically lower that $1.25 billion in 2024.
Gerrit Marx, CNH chief executive officer outlined that CNH has delivered solid progress towards its long-term goals during 2025, despite a challenging market.
