Krone has opted to go wider with the new EasyCut B 1250 Fold butterfly combination offering a maximum cutting width of up to 12.5m.
Suited for control traffic farming (CTF) scenarios, the rear unit uses a sliding gearbox for its adjustable working width ranging from 11.30m to 12.50m.
The outer cutting disc of both mower beds can be folded away to the rear using the hydraulic slewing gear.

A hydraulic sideshift allows such adjustments to be made from the cab, with each side telescoping outwards by 60cm.

The EasyCut B 1250 Fold can be ideally combined with the EasyCut F 320, F 360 and F 400 Fold front-mounted mowers. With its eight cutting discs and two mower drums, each cutterbar features all of Krone’s existing safety features.
The EasyCut B 1250 Fold weighs 3,500kg.
Guided by suspension arms, the DuoGrip system supports the mowers at their centre of gravity. Weighing over 3,500kg, the mower can be used with tractors upwards of 200hp.
