1. New Grove Estate
A country estate that extends to 149 acres in size and includes a seven-bedroom house was offered up for sale in September.
New Grove Estate is located six miles south of Belfast city centre on Ballylesson Road in Drumbo.
The sale was managed by Tim Martin Estate Agents and the asking price for the property as a whole was £3.25m (€3.9m).
2. Elmfield Estate
Earlier in September, a country estate which is set on 90 acres of land with a six-bedroom castle came on the market in Co Down.
Located near Gilford, Elmfield Estate was on the market for £3.35m (€3.96m) and its sale was managed by Savills.
3. Ballyhalbert
A former dairy farm which runs to 232 acres was offered up for sale in the Ards Peninsula in Co Down during the autumn.
The property includes a four-bedroom house, as well as an extensive farmyard and it is located near the village of Ballyhalbert.
The sale was managed by local auctioneers Tim Martin and Co. The guide price for the property as a whole was £5.15m (€6.1m), which equates to £22,120/acre (€26,314/acre).
4. Island Dairies
In August, a full residential dairy farm which extends to 185 acres in size and has housing space for 600 cows came on the market for sale in Co Down.
Island Dairies farm is located on the Lurgan Road near Dromore and includes a five-bedroom family home, as well as a partially restored period house.
The private treaty sale was managed by real estate firm Savills and the guide price for the property was £6.5m (€7.7m).
5. Ballygowan
A Georgian country residence with a courtyard, outbuildings and 17 acres of land came on the market in Co Down in February.
The property is located on the Ballygowan Road near Saintfield and its sale was managed by local auctioneers Tim Martin and Co.
The guide price for the entire property was £750,000 (€880,000).
