It is the first time any base prices have fallen below 30p in NI since November 2023.

However, Lakeland’s 3p/l winter bonus applies from November through to February 2026, while the co-op has also confirmed it will make a 0.25p/l loyalty payment on all 2025 litres. This payment will be included in the December milk cheque, paid in January 2026.
This time last year, Lakeland confirmed a 13th payment of 0.65p on all 2024 litres.
