I see that Tirlán and Royal A-ware have announced Kieran Fitzgerald as managing director of Kilkenny Cheese Limited.
His appointment follows a planned leadership transition agreed between Tirlán and Royal A-ware. Fitzgerald joined Glanbia in 2005 and went on to play a central role in the design, construction and commissioning of the Belview plant.
He became head of consumer operations in 2021. He will work with the Kilkenny Cheese Limited board and both joint venture partners to deliver the strategic objectives of Kilkenny Cheese.
