“Payment is contingent on disposal of PI animals born in the herd in the year within timeframes set down in the terms and conditions,” a Department spokesperson stated. “The closing date for receipt of applications for PI calves born in 2017 was 6 February 2018. These applications are currently being processed and prepared, and payment will be made as soon as possible.”
