Agivey House in Aghadowey near Coleraine, Co Derry has been offered up for sale with a guide of £1.9m (€2.2m) for the whole property.

The sale is being managed jointly by two real estate firms, namely Savills and Bensons. The property is available to buy in its entirety or in three separate lots.
