Some 15 complaints were submitted to the Advertising Standards Authority for Ireland (ASAI) about adverts by Go Vegan World, I see.
The adverts are on billboards and bus stops across the country and portray dairy farming in a bad light.
When queried as to what exactly the complaints said, the Irish Farmers Journal was told that releasing the complaints was “not within remit of the ASAI code”.

It also clarified that since the adverts are non-commercial advertising, acting on the complaints is also not within the remit of the ASAI code.
