At this year’s National Ploughing Championships, the Irish Vendéen Sheep society will be launching its new-look website.

The aim of the new site is to promote the qualities the Vendéen breed has to offer to both commercial lamb producers and breeders of pedigree sheep.

Users will find it much easier to source potential breeding stock from pedigree breeders listed on the new site.

This stands as the main focus, to provide an online platform to get contact details for all members.

All the sales dates and locations will also be listed, with sales catalogues for forthcoming sales published online in advance of sales for potential buyers to scrutinise.

The new pages will also allow visitors to click into the Sheep Ireland LambPlus link to search for star-rated Vendéen sheep available from Sheep Ireland breeders throughout the country.
