Argo Tractors, manufacturers of Landini and McCormick tractors, restarted its production lines on Monday 4 May.

The firm ceased production in March due to COVID-19 lockdown. According to a spokesperson for the Italian manufacturer, each of the six manufacturing facilities have been sanitised over the closed period.

However, to comply with guidelines, employees have had to adopt a number of new internal measures and protocols to protect the health and safety of themselves and their colleagues.

The manufacturer has issued a tutorial video to its 1,800 employees highlighting the new measures, which include the use of masks, punctual rules, social distancing, recording of body temperature, frequent handwashing and the use of gloves.
