The farm, located on the Newpark Road near Dromore, was being auctioned by Omagh-based firm Pollock RICS. Offers in excess of £2.1m (€2.5m) were sought for the entire property.

The property on the Cladytown Road near Glarryford was being sold by Kilrea-based auctioneers HA McIlrath and Sons. The property had a guide price of £1.35m (€1.61m).

In May, 115 acres was offered up for sale on the Ervey Road near Eglinton, Co Derry.
The farm had been kept in excellent condition. All land was laid out in grass and it had been recently reseeded.
Offers over £1.1m (€1.3m) were sought for the entire property. The private treaty sale was managed by Coleraine-based auctioneers Bensons.
