On Wednesday, the meeting saw the launch of the European Roundtable for Beef Sustainability, a regional constituency of the organisation targeting priority improvements in greenhouse gas emissions, animal health and welfare, animal medicines and farm management in Europe. Dawn Meats has pushed for the establishment of the European roundtable in the past two years.
